Firstly i would like to say..  we are a couple age 60 and 65`  with 3 adult children grown up and left home and are in profession jobs`  


so the house we want is just for us two` and would treat your home like it was our own` were very house proud people` making sure your home is immaculate at all times because thats how we are  also i love gardening` so your garden will be immaculate at all times` the house we are currantly living in is a stunning house and your very welcome to come to see us for a cuppa tea`  and view the house that we live in right now`  we have been here for 6 years in july but things have changed and we really want to move on`  anywhere on the islands will be considered!! 


so if your looking for a very  mature nice quiet couple who will keep your home inside and out immaculate`  you have just found the perfect couple` referances available`  as many as you want!!   


we have qualification`s entitled and so one` 


were queeky clean` honest` no police record` the people you want` 


also just to say we have a small cat always sleeping.


ive been told there is 3000 propertys to rent in jersey`  stood empty`  so if you have the  house  NOT flat please`  look no further we can give your empty house a new lease of life`
